According to the various sources, Harry styles don't eat meat but he isn't vegan, he is a pescatarian( meaning he doesn't eat meat but he does eat fish).

Harry said that the vegan food prepared by his band on tour inspired him and that his "body feels better for it."

He eats this way for health reasons as well as animal rights concerns.
